Inquiries and conversations

When you contact us, we receive your first and last name, email address, and the message you submit. You can also provide your company or product name, a website link and your preferred project timeline. We use this information to understand your request, assess fit, respond and arrange a conversation you request. Submitting an inquiry does not purchase a membership.

Squarespace hosts this website and its contact form. Google provides our email and optional appointment booking and calendar services. The contact form also uses Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. Information you provide through these services is processed to deliver the relevant website, communication, booking or security function.

Membership payments

Stripe processes Growth Mode payments and recurring billing. You enter payment information on Stripe’s checkout. We use payment and subscription records to administer your membership, including onboarding, pauses, cancellations and refunds.

With your advertising-cookie consent, a payment-verification service hosted on Bluehost may receive an opaque checkout reference, a browser verification token and the Stripe checkout identifier. It checks Stripe checkout, payment and subscription records to confirm an eligible purchase, and uses encoded customer and invoice references to avoid duplicate counting. The service also uses IP addresses and request information to limit abuse and support security. Hosting systems may retain access logs. This verification does not require you to enter payment-card details on our website.

Understanding advertising results

Our advertising links include campaign and ad identifiers so we can understand which messages lead to inquiries or memberships. These source identifiers may accompany a submitted inquiry or Stripe checkout. The identifiers we add to these links do not include your name or email address.

We use these source identifiers to assess advertising performance. Use Cookie Preferences on this website to review or change your choices for optional analytics and advertising cookies.

Meta advertising measurement and follow-up advertising

With your advertising-cookie consent, we may use the Meta Pixel to measure visits to this website and the Growth Mode page, clicks to see Growth Mode pricing, begin Stripe checkout or open our optional appointment page, completed contact inquiries, and verified membership purchases. A pricing click does not establish that the pricing section was read. A checkout or appointment-link click is measured separately from a completed payment or booking.

These events can send Meta the page address, event and offer, browser and device information, IP address and cookie identifiers. A verified purchase event can also include the amount paid, currency and a reference used to avoid counting the same purchase repeatedly. We may use cookies or browser storage and an opaque checkout reference to connect an eligible checkout with its verified payment. These references do not contain your name or email address.

We may use consented activity to show Facebook and Instagram ads again to people who visited Growth Mode or began checkout, and to exclude recognized purchasers. Matching is not always complete, so a purchaser may still see an ad. Meta may associate this activity with your Meta account and use it as described in its Privacy Policy.

We do not add inquiry messages, payment-card details, names or email addresses to these advertising events. Automatic customer-information matching is disabled. You can decline optional advertising cookies or change your choice through Cookie Preferences. Our advertising event configuration is intended to suppress future events when you decline or withdraw consent or your browser sends Global Privacy Control; this does not undo information already sent. You can still use the website, contact us and purchase a membership without allowing advertising cookies.
